We specialize in Funko Pop! vinyl figures, trading cards (such as Pokémon, NBA, and other collectible card games), and diecast cars from top brands and series. Whether you're a casual fan or serious collector, we’ve got something for you!

2. Are your products brand new and authentic?

Yes! All our items are 100% authentic and brand new, sourced directly from authorized distributors or reputable suppliers. We do not sell fakes, bootlegs, or resealed items.

 

3. Do you ship nationwide in the Philippines?

Absolutely! We ship to all areas in the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, through our trusted courier partner, LBC.

 

4. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Manila: 2–3 business days

  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–5 business days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days

    Note: Delivery may be delayed during holidays or by courier service issues.


5. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. The exact amount will be calculated at checkout.
We also offer free shipping promos on selected items or order totals!

 

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

7. Do you offer returns and exchanges?

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
 

8. Can I return a Funko Pop, trading card, or diecast car after opening it?

Sealed items (e.g., Funko Pops or trading card boxes) cannot be returned once opened, unless there's a verified manufacturer defect. We advise checking your item upon delivery before unboxing.


9. How do I request a return or exchange?

Contact us via email or social media within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the item. We'll guide you through the process.

 

10. Who pays for return shipping?

If the issue is on our end (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return costs are shouldered by the buyer.


11. How long does it take to process returns or replacements?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your replacement, refund, or store credit within 3–5 business days.

 

12. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier’s tracking website.

 

13. Do you have a physical store?

We currently operate online only, but we sometimes join toy conventions or pop-up events. Follow us on social media to stay updated!

15. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to the United States and Japan. If you're located in either country, you can order directly from our store.

 

16. How much is international shipping to the U.S. or Japan?

Shipping rates vary depending on the size, weight, and value of your order. Estimated shipping costs will be shown at checkout. For larger or bulk orders, we may send a custom shipping quote.

 

17. How long does delivery take to the U.S. or Japan?

Estimated delivery times are:

18. Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

19. What couriers do you use for U.S. and Japan shipping?

We primarily ship via DHL, FedEx, or PhilPost International, depending on your order and chosen shipping option. All orders come with a tracking number.

Most items, including Funko Pops, trading cards, and diecast cars, are eligible for international shipping. However, extremely fragile, bulky, or high-value items may be restricted. Message us if you’re unsure about a specific product.
